Kontek Industries partnered with TSSi, who is the official GSA contract holder for our manufactured products, including barrier systems, guard booths, troop housing, ballistic shields, mortar canopies and more. By partnering with TSSi, we are both able to provide security-related and defensive products to the military, federal customers and law enforcement.

Mike DonDiego, our national sales manager for security and defense, has experience in working with government agencies such as NATO, several embassies throughout the world and private companies such as ExxonMobil and Chevron.

## **What Is GSA Advantage?**

The General Services Administration runs a purchasing service called GSA Advantage. The service allows government agencies and some state agencies to purchase commercial products and services that federal and state governments need. GSA Advantage ensures that the purchasing process is easier than purchasing directly from a manufacturer and that the agencies get the best possible price for the goods and services offered through the service. It’s like a superstore for millions of commercial products and services designed for federal and state agencies, including the military, law enforcement security and defense, and agencies that provide recovery from terrorism, major disasters and chemical, nuclear, biological or radiological attacks.

TSSi—Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc., provides tactical equipment to law enforcement and security and defense agencies. Kontek Industries provides ballistic rated products including guard booths, barriers, gates, bollards, BRE and fighting position protection, weapons system solutions, gun ports, perimeter fencing and tactical training.

We design guard booths to meet your needs, whether you need a stationary booth, a mobile guard booth, or even towers for perimeter protection or fire towers. Booths may be as simple or complex as you need them. We’ll wire them for electric and an HVAC system, add a bathroom, and make sure you have the controls you need. We also provide gun ports in three different styles for the guard booths for those who use our booths as perimeter and entry protection.

Michael has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Gardner Webb University.
