Kontek Industries partnered with TSSi, who is the official GSA contract holder for our manufactured products, including barrier systems, guard booths, troop housing, ballistic shields, mortar canopies and more. By partnering with TSSi, we are both able to provide security-related and defensive products to the military, federal customers and law enforcement.

Mike DonDiego, our national sales manager for security and defense, has experience in working with government agencies such as NATO, several embassies throughout the world and private companies such as ExxonMobil and Chevron.

“Kontek Industries is proud to announce our exciting partnership with Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc. (TSSi), who is now the official GSA contract holder for Kontek manufactured products. This gives both companies the ability to provide critical defensive and security related products to military, law enforcement and federal customers. After careful due diligence of potential business partners, it was immediately clear that TSSi’s overall ability, direction and focus was something we wanted to be a part of.”

What Is GSA Advantage?

The General Services Administration runs a purchasing service called GSA Advantage. The service allows government agencies and some state agencies to purchase commercial products and services that federal and state governments need. GSA Advantage ensures that the purchasing process is easier than purchasing directly from a manufacturer and that the agencies get the best possible price for the goods and services offered through the service. It’s like a superstore for millions of commercial products and services designed for federal and state agencies, including the military, law enforcement security and defense, and agencies that provide recovery from terrorism, major disasters and chemical, nuclear, biological or radiological attacks.
